False advertising!

When I placed an order at 10:00 pm, it was doubled! Then I called them less than 12 hours later they said they could not do anything as it was in processing. They said to just return it... no problem. WRONG! They said they would refund the shipping costs also. LIE! When I finally got my refund, they had deducted $31.34! No response to my email either.

I ordered some items and it took 6+ weeks to get them. Then I received a swimsuit I did not order and the cover up I ordered (plus size) wouldn't fit a small woman. Customer service is great andthey finally pprovide return authorization for the item and also got my penny back !!!Never Again! Never Again! Never Again! Never Again

Horrible experience with returns

I recieved my items in a timely manner (I paid for expedited shippjng). My swimsuits were too large. I recieved them on 5/20 and took them to the post office as instructed the same day. After 25 days I still have NOT received my refund. The way the company instructs you to return the items it can take up to 30 days for the items to be returned, and up to another 10 days before you will receive the credit. Ridiculous! It's impossible to track your package and customer service is not able to assist. Although their products are quality... I will not order from them again.

Be Prepared to get Screwed

I ordered online from their website because there was a promo code for 50% off. After My purchase was made I noticed the promo code discount did not come off (I previously bought from them 5 years ago and had no problem). I contacted them online, was hung up on, transferred multiple times and still have not received any rectification on my order.

I also do not see a way to cancel my order without speaking to a person on the phone, the same people who will not speak to me...

I'm Still Waiting

I placed my order on May 27,2021 - and I am still waiting for it to ship. I wish I had read reviews of this vendor before I placed my order. I see no way to cancel this order online. I have ordered merchandise from other vendors days after I placed this order, and the merchandise has already been received by me. I truly regret this purchase.

Awful! Order never shipped and they won’t let me cancel it!

I had purchased a few bathing suits from this company two years ago and, although I ended up returning them due to fit, the experience was fine. So I had no hesitation a month ago in ordering several hundred dollars worth of swimsuits to try on at home with the intention of returning the ones I didn’t like. I needed them for a beach trip, and although I ordered three weeks ahead, they still hadn’t shipped by a few days before the trip.
When I called to inquire, I was told by a disinterested customer service rep that they were overwhelmed by orders and due to that and Covid, she had no idea when my order would ship. Well, the beach trip came and went. I called again a week afterward to check on shipping and perhaps cancel the order. This rep was even less helpful than the first. She also had no idea when the order would ship (it had been almost a month since I placed it), and when I asked to cancel it, she told me that was impossible since it was “in process.” I replied that according to its status on their website, it had been “in process” now for about three weeks and asked why there seemed to be no progress on it. She just repeated that it was in process and that she couldn’t cancel it.
A month in, I have no idea when my order will arrive, I no longer really need it anyway since the trip is over, and, based on the bad reviews I’ve now read (and should’ve read before I purchased), I worry that I won’t be able to return it for a refund and will be out several hundred dollars.
I don’t know whether this company changed hands and that’s why it’s so awful now, but beware. Don’t buy from them.

DISHONEST COMPANY!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This is the absolute worst company to buy from. I placed an order on April 4/14/2021, said it shipped out on 4/30/2021- and I STILL have yet to receive it (today is 5/21/2021)! So I placed the same order on Monday 5/17/2021 and paid $30 for two day shipping- after calling customer service TWICE they told me I likely will receive it this Monday 5/24/2021, an ENTIRE week later (if it even gets delivered). The customer service experience I received was horrific. They offered me no resolution or explanation whatsoever. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT give them your business. They need to be held accountable for being a dishonest company.

WARNING....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS…

WARNING, BUYER BEWARE....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! After 2 months of waiting for an exchange, I have given up. The customer service is non-existent, and after an hour and fifteen minutes on hold, I get a snippy woman on the phone, who basically told me they are running behind and there is nothing else they can do. So, they have my money from a previous order, that I still have not received back, and I am still waiting on an exchange. Oh, and they charge you $9.99 if you want to send you orders back, or you get a credit for your full amount. I was not about to get a credit, since I have gotten a taste of how they do business. You would think in this day in age, they would have free shipping and returns, since everything in online nowadays. I'd rather buy off of Amazon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Very disappointed

I ordered 5 bathing suits and spent well over $300 with Swimsuits for All. It has now been 3 weeks since I ordered and my order still hasn't even been shipped. I have sent several emails with zero response and I spent 1 hour and 50 mins on hold with customer service and someone answered and then hung up on me. I feel like I have spent a lot of money and received nothing! I wouldn't recommend doing business with Swimsuits for All and will never purchase anything from them again. I am going to have to go through PayPal to try and get my money back since no one will answer me from here.

This is the worst company ever!

This is the worst company ever! I order 3 swimsuits and they came almost a month and a half later. I returned two of the tops for different sizes and a full bikini for a refund and after a month, I heard nothing! No confirmation email, nothing! I called customer service, after about 40 mins of being on hold, the sales rep would not give me any info on my order and she was rude. Called back and waited almost an hour on hold, the sales rep I spoke to was not any help either. I told the rep I would like to speak with a supervisor because as a customer spending almost $300 on swimsuits the customer service is horrible! She said she was transferring me to a supervisor, but she hung up on me. I ordered my swimsuits early March. It is May 7th and I have no information on my items... I have called and emailed and I haven't gotten any help. I will NEVER recommend this company or NEVER order from this company again. The worst!

Customer service severely lacking

Ordered 2 swimsuits 2 months ago. Took a month for order to arrive. Swimsuits didn't fit so initiated return to exchange for a different size. It's now another month later and they still haven't confirmed they received return, never mind processed return. Filled out contact form and received automated response that they are taking up to 10 days to process orders. That was 2 days ago. Still haven't heard from real person. Never again!

Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
